BBH London has promoted Karen Martin to Deputy Managing Director. She will work with Managing Director Adam Arnold sharing operational management tasks within the agency.
Martin joined BBH in April 2016 after 14 years in Australia. She has spent the last year working on the agency’s Tesco account, which she will continue to oversee alongside her new management responsibilities.
Her appointment comes on the back of a tough 2016 for the agency. A senior management drain included the departures of managing director Mel Exon, chief strategy officers Jason Gonsalves and Jonathan Bottomley, and deputy executive creative directors Caroline Pay and Rosie Arnold.
