Role: Finance Manager
Location: Los Angeles / Hybrid
We are seeking a Finance Manager – Corporate Planning & Analysis to join a growing finance team and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership across enterprise planning, forecasting, and business analysis.
This role is responsible for supporting company-wide financial planning processes, delivering executive-level reporting and insights, and driving financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Strategy, and operational leadership teams in a highly collaborative environment.
Reporting Line: Senior Finance Leadership Team
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate annual operating plans and periodic forecasts with a focus on profitability and cash flow management.
- Deliver detailed financial analysis, including variance reporting, key business drivers, and risk & opportunity assessments.
- Prepare financial reporting packages and presentation materials for executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business performance initiatives.
- Support long-range planning, capital allocation analysis, and target-setting processes.
- Collaborate with leadership teams on operating expense management and investment evaluation.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
- Promote financial best practices and partner with non-finance stakeholders to improve financial understanding across the organization.
- Assist with financial governance, controls, and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of finance experience, including strong FP&A and corporate finance exposure.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel capabilities.
- Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally.
- Proven ability to operate effectively within fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- MBA or advanced qualifications considered advantageous.
