Role: Corporate Finance Manager

Location: Remote (US)

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to join a growing finance team within a fast-scaling consumer platform business. This role partners closely with senior finance leadership across forecasting, financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, and strategic analysis.

The position offers significant ownership and visibility across the business, including involvement in executive and board-level reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial insights, improving FP&A processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Reporting Line: Senior Finance Leadership Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including forecasting timelines and long-range planning.
  • Build and maintain integrated three-statement financial models covering income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Deliver variance analysis and provide clear commentary on business performance and key drivers.
  • Support preparation of executive and board-level reporting materials.
  • Manage company-wide operating expense planning, including headcount and spend forecasting.
  • Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and operational insights.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across FP&A workflows.
  • Maintain strong quality control standards across financial models, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with business leaders and finance stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience within FP&A or Corporate Finance environments.
  • Previous experience operating at Manager level or within lean, high-growth finance teams preferred.
  • Strong understanding of corporate financial planning, reporting, and three-statement modeling.
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets capabilities.
  • Experience preparing executive and board-level presentation materials.
  • Exposure to financial planning systems such as NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Oracle Hyperion, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver high-quality outputs in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly to senior leadership.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and automation within finance workflows considered highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
