This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the business, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the finance team with reconciliations, reporting, and general accounting duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Accounts Payable (AP):<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure proper approvals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage vendor relationships and respond to inquiries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate AP aging reports and reconcile accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accounts Receivable (AR):<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate and issue client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply payments and reconcile AR ledger balances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare AR aging reports and assist with cash flow forecasting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>General Accounting &amp; Financial Support:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support financial audits by preparing necessary documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have a &#8220;can do&#8221; attitude &#8211; &#8220;Let&#8217;s get it done&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1-2 years of experience<\/strong>\u00a0in both Accounts Payable and\/or Accounts Receivable, preferably in a creative, marketing, or media-related industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of\u00a0<strong>GAAP accounting principles<\/strong>\u00a0and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in\u00a0<strong>accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)<\/strong>\u00a0and Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills to liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is an exciting opportunity to work within a&nbsp;<strong>fast-paced, creative environment<\/strong>&nbsp;where innovation meets financial excellence.
