You\u2019ll report directly to the Controller and play a key part in keeping our financial operations sharp, efficient, and compliant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain and reconcile the general ledger for accurate financial reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and variance analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage accounts receivable and payable, and handle client and employee expense invoicing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP and internal policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue year-end 1099s and support ad hoc finance tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5\u20137 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in NetSuite and Excel (reporting tools a plus)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to solve problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PR or agency experience is a plus, but not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why Join?<\/strong><br>You\u2019ll be part of a collaborative, high-energy team where your ideas and contributions matter.
