The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with a mixture of working from home and in the office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your Role:<\/strong><br>As part of a collaborative team of 7 Accounts Payable Clerks and reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will take ownership of your supplier ledgers and gain exposure to various responsibilities, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Managing multiple supplier accounts, handling high volumes of media-related invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raising internal query tickets and working closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconciling supplier statements and preparing weekly and monthly payment runs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting monthly reviews of aged debt and debit balances on creditor accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying and escalating potential risks to management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting with audit-related administration and other ad hoc tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your Profile:<\/strong><br>Our client is looking for someone with <strong>at least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience<\/strong>, ideally in a fast-moving media or creative industry.
