You\u2019ll play a key role in driving financial accuracy, project profitability, and seamless invoicing &#8211; ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-moving, creative agency setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udd22 Financial Management &amp; Client Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Partner closely with Production and Client Services to ensure budgets and estimates in <strong>Paprika<\/strong> are always current and correct<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own billing operations including <strong>accruals, deferrals<\/strong>, and <strong>month-end processes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconcile project costs and revenue &#8211; your spreadsheets tell the real story behind each campaign<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and maintain <strong>WIP accounts<\/strong> with total accuracy and transparency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be the financial point of contact for client billing queries &#8211; resolving issues quickly and professionally<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track costs and revenue recognition, working in lockstep with Project Managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83e\uddfe Billing &amp; Invoicing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deliver timely, accurate invoices aligned with client contracts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle client setups and job creations from the finance side<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactively chase payments, keeping aged debt under control<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide clear, weekly commentary to the Financial Controller on billing status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor client portals for queries and respond like a pro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83e\udd1d Team Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Train and support teams on finance workflows so everyone speaks the same (financial) language<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flag potential issues before they escalate, providing solutions with a can-do mindset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep finance aligned with creative teams to deliver results across the board<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3+ years\u2019 experience in billing, finance operations or project accounting &#8211; ideally within <strong>marketing, advertising, or production<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of <strong>WIP, reconciliations, accruals, deferrals<\/strong>, and revenue processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using <strong>Paprika<\/strong> (or similar tools like Maconomy, Pegasus, WorkBook, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sharp eye for detail and the ability to spot financial anomalies a mile off<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong Excel skills &#8211;
