Role: Finance Manager<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Location:<\/strong> New York City<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking a Finance Manager<\/strong> to join a high-performing finance team and act as a key business partner across Product, Marketing, and Customer-focused functions. This role will support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, experimentation analysis, and business performance reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The position offers strong visibility across the organization and will play an important role in supporting investment decisions, optimizing business performance, and driving financial insights across growth initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reporting Line:<\/strong> Senior Finance Leadership Team<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Conduct and manage payback, IRR, and ROI analysis across marketing, product, and merchandising initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build and maintain financial reporting that connects operational performance to broader business outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Deliver actionable insights on customer acquisition, lifetime value, margin performance, and growth efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Partner closely with marketing and product teams to evaluate channel performance, investment effectiveness, and business drivers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support forecasting, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic investment modeling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Own operating expense planning, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple business functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Participate in company-wide planning and reforecasting cycles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making and operational visibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Perform ad-hoc strategic analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • 5+ years of experience within FP&A, strategic finance, consulting, banking, or related finance environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience supporting high-growth, subscription-based, consumer, or direct-to-consumer businesses preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Advanced Excel and\/or Google Sheets proficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, marketing performance, and business growth metrics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with BI and financial systems such as Looker, NetSuite, or similar platforms advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to operate effectively within fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and evolving environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
