If you thrive on building systems from the ground up and enjoy turning numbers into compelling business strategy, this may be the role for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reporting to the CFO, the VP of FP&amp;A will serve as the architect of a&nbsp;<strong>network-level FP&amp;A function<\/strong>\u2014designing and leading the systems, processes, and reporting structures that bring clarity to an evolving portfolio of creative brands and service lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll work hand-in-hand with senior leadership, private equity partners, and functional teams to&nbsp;<strong>translate financial data into commercial strategy<\/strong>\u2014shaping forecasts, unlocking insights, and driving decisions around resource allocation, pricing, and profitability.
