Role: Finance Manager<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Location:<\/strong> Los Angeles \/ Hybrid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking a Finance Manager \u2013 Corporate Planning & Analysis<\/strong> to join a growing finance team and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership across enterprise planning, forecasting, and business analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This role is responsible for supporting company-wide financial planning processes, delivering executive-level reporting and insights, and driving financial analysis that supports strategic decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Strategy, and operational leadership teams in a highly collaborative environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reporting Line:<\/strong> Senior Finance Leadership Team<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Consolidate annual operating plans and periodic forecasts with a focus on profitability and cash flow management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Deliver detailed financial analysis, including variance reporting, key business drivers, and risk & opportunity assessments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prepare financial reporting packages and presentation materials for executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business performance initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support long-range planning, capital allocation analysis, and target-setting processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate with leadership teams on operating expense management and investment evaluation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Promote financial best practices and partner with non-finance stakeholders to improve financial understanding across the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assist with financial governance, controls, and compliance initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Qualifications & Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 7+ years of finance experience, including strong FP&A and corporate finance exposure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Advanced financial modeling and Excel capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proven ability to operate effectively within fast-paced and evolving environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • MBA or advanced qualifications considered advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
