Havas Group has acquired Target Media Communications Group (Target MCG) in a bid to bolster its presence in the entertainment and content markets.
Havas CEO Yannick Bolloré says: “We are delighted to welcome Target MCG to the Havas family. This acquisition deepens our strong global position in the worlds of entertainment and content. It also provides even more opportunities for our clients to mix media, data and content together to create meaningful experiences for people.”
Target MCG’s revenue clocked in at the £10m region in 2015, and with over 26 years’ experience in the business it counts Disney, Netflix, Universal, StudioCanal and Icon Films among its 60-strong client roster.
The company provides integrated multi-discipline services including media planning and buying, search, social, programmatic, marketing, PR, publicity and creative production.
