One of the world’s largest Global Communications Agency has an opening for an ambitious purchase ledger / accounts payable assistant to bolster their finance department based in Kings Cross. The finance team is a lively and friendly division – there’s always a lot going on in the offices, so if you’re outgoing, personable and like to be kept busy you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring they are matched to the correct media order.
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts monthly, prior to any payments made and in line with strict deadlines.
- Resolution of queries on a prompt and professional basis – alerting management on all ageing or escalating issues.
- Providing management with media owner backup for client audits.
Ideally you will have a relevant finance degree or AAT studier who is looking for an exciting entry level / or 2nd jobber role in finance.
