Media Operations Senior Executive

Our client, a highly successful Digital Media / Advertising Agency has an opening for an experienced Media Operations Senior Executive to come on board.

Reporting to the Global Smart Operations Director your core responsibilities will be:

  • Be the lead to coordinate and manage project timelines with all teams and clients to ensure all tasks are completed on time
  • Act as the internal owner of the project plan, with client contact as required to secure approvals for tasks and plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including project and campaign status and performance
  • Communicate the project plan to all parties as required and according to pre-agreed frequencies
  • Provide consultancy to account teams to improve their current operations and drive efficiency
  • Be a key lead to support the Smart Operation Director when transitioning new accounts to setup media and finance operations to achieve pitch milestone goals
  • Be a key driver on the media operations team to help improve and have input on the products we use
  • Be a key driver working on Media project initiatives to coordinate and manage implementation
  • Deliver processes and practices to improve efficiency and quality of the team’s output
  • Work with channel teams to clearly document all workflows to be shared with all teams and clients, with specific timings
  • Work with Channel Teams to understand client processes and identify roadblocks and inefficiencies, suggesting, where appropriate, improvements to the process
  • Ensure opportunities for cross-channel processes to be aligned are fully exploited (reporting, finance, timesheet protocols, etc.)
  • Work with team to develop internal communications frameworks, including regular meetings and calls with external partners

Key skills/Experience

  • Experience in setting up and managing a project plan with teams
  • Experience in setting up processes with timelines
  • Experience with using a project management platform desirable (i.e
  • Prior experience of working within global and hub model operations in media, desirable
  • Experience of Digital / Traditional Media desirable
  • Experience in providing advice and setting up operation processes
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate determination to achieve objectives
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Professional, ambitious and driven and team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Able to challenge the norm, embrace and suggest change where needed
