📊 What You’ll Do

  • Lead monthly and quarterly closes with precision, continuously refining processes for efficiency.
  • Manage transaction input across platforms, including digital and distributor sales.
  • Oversee and reconcile inventory data within the accounting system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Royalties team to ensure seamless, timely reporting.
  • Maintain and improve accounting controls and handle account reconciliations.
  • Support annual audits, tax filings, and coordination with external auditors.
  • Take on ad hoc projects from the VP of Finance and contribute to big-picture initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance management, ideally within media or entertainment.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, inspire your team, and collaborate across departments.
  • Expertise in MS Office and ERP systems (NetSuite experience highly preferred).

  • Salary: $90K – $135K annually, DOE
