🧠 Your Background

Must-Haves:

  • 2–4 years of FP&A experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Solid accounting fundamentals (understanding financial statements, journal entries, month-end close)
  • Advanced Excel skills with a track record of building dynamic financial models
  • Experience improving financial workflows or implementing finance tech solutions
  • Comfort with automation tools or APIs (you don’t need to code—but curiosity and data fluency matter)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Worked with external accounting firms or outsourced finance teams
  • Exposure to workflow automation and AI-powered tools
  • CPA, CFA, CMA progress or credentials

📈 What You’ll Own

FP&A & Business Analysis

  • Support monthly and quarterly forecasting and budgeting cycles
  • Deliver variance analyses with insights that influence business decisions
  • Run what-if scenarios, sensitivity tests, and ROI modeling
  • Contribute to strategic planning, capital allocation, and board reporting

External Finance Coordination

  • Help manage outsourced bookkeeping and CPA relationships
  • Review monthly close data for accuracy
  • Prepare for audits and ensure compliance with internal controls

AR/AP & Operational Finance

  • Monitor AR aging and assist in collections
  • Support vendor and payment workflows
  • Analyze working capital and cash conversion cycle
  • Help roll out and refine credit and payment policies

Automation & AI-Driven Finance

  • Optimize forecasting tools using AI and historical data
  • Build automated dashboards, reporting flows, and KPI trackers
  • Support quality assurance and exception handling for automated systems

Decision Support & Modeling

  • Develop financial models for business cases and pricing strategies
  • Maintain rolling 13-week cash flow forecasts
  • Partner cross-functionally to support ops and planning initiatives
