North London’s BKL and City-based Wilson Wright have joined forces, forming a robust accountancy powerhouse with a combined revenue of £46 million.
Specializing in serving SMEs, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals, both firms have excelled in providing tailored services in accountancy, tax, and business advisory.
The merger, effective from April 2nd, marks the culmination of a longstanding collaboration between the two firms. Seizing the opportune moment, they’ve united to leverage synergies and enhance their offerings.
With offices in North and Central London, the merged entity will operate from two strategic locations. Their collective strength encompasses over 400 professionals, including 39 partners.
BKL’s trajectory towards expansion gained momentum following an investment by private equity firm CBPE last April. Moreover, over the past year, BKL orchestrated three additional mergers, including Landau Baker, CFPro, and Alan Heywood and Company, further augmenting their capabilities.
