London based Gen Z influencer agency Bulla Co has acquired student marketing specialist Hype Collective

Bulla Co, an early-stage Gen Z influencer agency, has acquired student marketing specialist Hype Collective, expanding its services and expertise.

Bulla Co utilizes its proprietary technology, including a social-led influencer platform, to create influencer campaigns targeting Gen Z. Hype Collective, founded in 2017, specializes in experiential marketing for students and has collaborated with clients such as Warner Bros. Entertainment, Co-op, and Deliveroo.

The CEO of Bulla Co, Joshua Roche, expressed excitement about the partnership, aiming to revolutionize influencer marketing and experiential strategies. Hype Collective’s managing director, Simon Lucey, will assume the role of commercial director for both agencies.

Paul Stollery, co-founder of The Family, highlighted the group’s commitment to supporting innovative agency propositions. He emphasized that the deal demonstrates their business model, aiming to build a holding company with the talent and desire to launch, scale, and eventually sell agency businesses.
