Our client a Digital Agency in Central London seeks a Part-time Finance Manager

Great Location, Friendly team that are growing and passionate about their work!

Reporting directly to the Business Owners, they require someone to be hands-on, a confident with proven background that can manage the agency’s finances and improve the business as it goes.

Good people skills; dealing with non-finance team members, able to support the business with strong knowledge, good communication skills and calm manner.

Main Duties:

• Processing sales & purchase invoices
• Running weekly reconciliations within Xero Accounting System and updating our client CRM with project payment statuses. (3-4 bank accounts)
• Managing staff expenses via Pleo Budgeting and forecasting
• Management reporting (progress against forecasts, utilisation, project profitability, cashflow etc.)
• Chasing late payments
• Managing direct debit payments / clients (via GoCardless)
• The following liaising closely with the external accounting firm:
• Quarterly VAT reporting
• Yearend reporting
• Payroll
• Director’s personal tax returns
• Pension Scheme

Ideally you will have Good MS Excel Skills – Pivots / V-Look-ups

The role is a part time role for two days a week.

Salary:

£45,000 – £50,000 per annum pro-rata

If you have a proven Finance background in SME Enterprises, preferably marketing or Digital, able to work at least two days per week – we look forward to hearing from you.
