In her expanded role, Claire will undertake additional responsibilities, notably focusing on driving Girl&Bear’s international expansion efforts. Since Claire assumed leadership, Girl&Bear has experienced significant growth in its workforce, boasting impressive staff retention rates and a commitment to diversity, with 46% of new hires coming from ethnically diverse backgrounds.
This announcement follows closely on the heels of Girl&Bear’s recent expansion into Prague, a strategic move in response to escalating demand for its services across Europe. Spearheaded by Claire Young, this expansion aims to uphold the studio’s commitment to ‘Craft Without Compromise’ for both local and global clientele. Notable clients already onboarded in Prague include Komerční Banka and E.ON.
Claire’s journey with VCCP began in 2016 when she joined as Head of Creative Service and Creative Production. Recognizing the potential for synergy across VCCP’s various creative talents, she played a pivotal role in the establishment of Girl&Bear in 2021, simultaneously being promoted to Managing Director.
