Assistant Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities
In this diverse role, you’ll be encouraged to get involved in a wide range of tasks, including:
- Delivering accurate and insightful management reports to support critical decision-making.
- Preparing financial statements, including P&L accounts, variance analyses, and commentaries.
- Managing billing and credit control for Creative and Tech agencies.
- Producing bi-monthly cash forecasts.
- Contributing to the annual budgeting and planning processes.
- Preparing monthly account reconciliations.
- Creating recoverability and utilisation reports.
- Analyzing financial data to support business profitability and growth.
- Assisting with year-end processes, including audit file preparation and addressing auditor queries.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and assisting with filings (PSA, P11D, VAT).
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- A minimum of 12 months of finance experience, ideally within a creative or marketing agency.
- A solid understanding of accounting fundamentals (debits and credits).
- Progress toward a recognized accounting qualification.
- Proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and SUMIFS).
- Familiarity with Paprika software (desirable, but not essential).
