Our client (a rather fabulous and well-respected firm) is on the hunt for a Client Accountant to handle everything from client contracting to billing, credit control, and revenue recognition. You’ll be working alongside a dynamic, supportive team in Covent Garden, London, plus fantastic perks like private healthcare, gym discounts, travel insurance, and even study support.
What will you be doing?
- Managing the whole client revenue cycle – contracts, billing, cash collection & more
- Running financial reports, keeping everything accurate and compliant
- Keeping an eagle eye on Work In Progress (WIP), profitability, and project costs
- Liaising with clients, project teams, and stakeholders – because teamwork makes the dream work!
What do you need?
- Proven experience in client accounting (or working closely with the function)
- Advanced Excel skills – yes, pivot tables and VLOOKUPs!
- Studying (or already qualified – go you! )
- A proactive, structured approach and a natural flair for problem-solving
- A love for collaboration – this is not a lone-wolf role!
Bonus points for:
- Experience in a professional services or agency environment
- Knowledge of Xero or resource management systems
- Exposure to Work in Progress (WIP)
