Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of FP&A, you’ll be a key partner across the organization—driving insights, informing decisions, and helping to scale the business.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Lead and support core FP&A functions, including monthly forecasting, budget-to-actual analysis, and annual operating planning
- Deliver actionable insights through sophisticated financial models and performance analysis
- Prepare financial presentations for executive leadership and the Board of Directors
- Collaborate with HR and department heads on headcount planning and workforce optimization
- Build and automate scalable reporting tools and KPI dashboards in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and decision-making support
- Take ownership of ad hoc analysis and special projects to support strategic initiatives
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or business operations—ideally in tech or other high-growth industries
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; confident working with large data sets and creating dynamic models
- Strong business acumen, with a talent for distilling complex financial data into clear insights
- Experience with tools like NetSuite, Pigment, Oracle, or Anaplan is a big plus
- Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communication skills and a natural collaborator with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus
