McArthurGlen Group, a premier owner, developer, and manager of designer outlets across Europe, has chosen the7stars to oversee its entire digital media operations in the UK. Having already handled McArthurGlen’s above-the-line (ATL) media, the7stars now manages the consolidated UK media portfolio valued at £6.8 million. This responsibility encompasses strategic planning and purchasing across all channels. Meanwhile, Wavemaker, the incumbent agency, continues to serve the Group in European markets.

the7stars’ primary objective is to boost awareness and foot traffic to McArthurGlen’s seven centers throughout the UK. Their strategy revolves around four key pillars: excitement, invitation, conversion, and advocacy, with a focus on promoting McArthurGlen’s newly launched DestinationJOY platform.
