📍 New York | Hybrid (2-3 Days On-Site)
Your Role:
✔ Sole finance lead for our satellite office, with support from the UK Finance team.
✔ Oversee financial health, internal controls, and compliance.
✔ Partner with the Americas MD to provide financial insights and strategic decision-making support.
✔ Drive financial awareness across Account Management teams.
✔ Manage financial reporting, payroll, tax filings, and cash flow.
✔ Own budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis to optimize performance.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Business Partnering: Work with the MD to improve financial performance and reporting.
🔹 Project Finance: Manage project budgets, margins, and third-party expenses.
🔹 Forecasting: Own cost and revenue forecasting, ensuring budget adherence.
🔹 Payments & Expenses: Oversee supplier payments, employee expenses, and invoices.
🔹 Payroll & Tax Compliance: Review payroll, reconciliations, and employer tax filings.
🔹 Cash Flow Management: Ensure liquidity and oversee supplier contracts.
🔹 Client Billing & AR: Ensure accurate and timely billing and payments.
🔹 Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Oversee employer tax matters and corporate filings.
🔹 RFP & Pricing Support: Assist with commercial pricing for new tenders.
🔹 Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to optimize financial systems and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ CPA, CFP, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
✅ 5+ years of industry experience in a similar role (advertising, media, marketing preferred).
✅ Strong understanding of financial accounting and commercial business operations.
✅ Expertise in NetSuite, P&L forecasting, and cash flow management.
✅ Experience with US payroll and employer filings.
✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
✅ Strong communication skills for engaging finance and non-finance stakeholders.
