Join one of London’s top Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising agencies as a Management Accountant and play a key role in supporting business growth. Based in Central London with a hybrid setup (3 days in-office, 2 days remote), this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded accountant ready to take ownership and make an impact.

You’ll be working closely with Directors, providing accurate, insightful financial reporting to help drive decision-making across the business. We’re looking for someone sharp, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a creative, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver monthly management accounts and financial reports
  • Own balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts with senior leadership
  • Create and issue client invoices
  • Provide variance analysis and business insights
  • Ensure compliance and support audit processes
  • Manage payroll, VAT (MTD), P11Ds, and benefit schemes
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and offer ad-hoc financial support
  • Occasionally help with office admin (e.g. courier bookings, client calls)

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in management accounting
  • Qualified or finalist (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
  • Strong Excel skills; Business Central experience a plus
  • Proactive, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable handling high-volume transactions under tight deadlines
