🎯 What You’ll Be Getting Stuck Into:
- Making sure all supplier invoices and credit notes are processed smoothly and on time—think of it like keeping the financial wheels of a Formula 1 car running!
- Checking and coding invoices like a pro, ensuring everything’s spot on.
- Handling expense claims (personal and prepay/credit card), always staying within company policy.
- Organising and running weekly payment batches for suppliers and employees.
- Keeping things clean and clear by reconciling bank transactions and managing intercompany accounts.
- Investigating and resolving any account discrepancies—detective hat on!
- Owning the ticketing system for finance queries and helping your team stay on top of things.
- Keeping the process sharp and compliant, while also spotting smarter, slicker ways to do things.
- Supporting broader finance projects—you’ll be an all-round team MVP.
🧠What You Bring to the Team:
- At least 12 months’ experience in an AP, AR, or general finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and controls.
- Excel wizardry (formulas are your friend!).
- Top-notch communication and customer service skills—you’re approachable and professional.
- Trustworthy and discreet—you know how to handle sensitive info.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment (because sports and live events don’t wait!).
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in a multinational or matrix setup.
