Key Responsibilities:

  • Expansion Initiatives: Support the LA office launch by developing and implementing efficient financial processes and assisting with team growth.
  • Tax Compliance & Planning: Oversee federal tax reviews, filings, and assist in quarterly planning strategies.
  • Workflow Enhancement: Identify and drive improvements in financial workflows for greater efficiency and precision.
  • Financial Analysis: Deliver in-depth financial analysis to inform business strategy and foster growth.
  • Logistics Optimization: Streamline financial logistics to ensure smooth operations and optimize processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to all financial regulations and standards.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience & Expertise: 5+ years in a finance management role with a focus on analytics, logistics, and process optimization.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA certification is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading teams, especially in a growing or expanding environment.
