Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Leadership: Lead all financial activities, from budgeting and reporting to aligning our finances with strategic business goals.
- Expansion Initiatives: Support the LA office launch by developing and implementing efficient financial processes and assisting with team growth.
- Tax Compliance & Planning: Oversee federal tax reviews, filings, and assist in quarterly planning strategies.
- Workflow Enhancement: Identify and drive improvements in financial workflows for greater efficiency and precision.
- Financial Analysis: Deliver in-depth financial analysis to inform business strategy and foster growth.
- Logistics Optimization: Streamline financial logistics to ensure smooth operations and optimize processes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to all financial regulations and standards.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with other teams to align financial strategies with overall business goals.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience & Expertise: 5+ years in a finance management role with a focus on analytics, logistics, and process optimization.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA certification is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading teams, especially in a growing or expanding environment.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills with a demonstrated record of influencing business decisions.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Effective problem-solver, especially in financial workflow optimization.
- Communication Pro: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
